  • The Vanigoo team will review and respond within 14 days.
  • After review client will receive a refund within the next 72 hours.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30-day notice period.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Vanigoo reserves the right to cancel services due to:

  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Breach of contract by the client.
